1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Belijitu ("belijitu", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at belijitu.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by the User on the Platform, used to access services, deposit funds, place bets, and request withdrawals.
• "Balance" — the total monetary value held within a User's Account, including real-money deposits and any qualifying bonus credits.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by belijitu subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures; the identity and age verification process required by belijitu prior to withdrawal of funds.
• "Platform" — the belijitu website, mobile web interface, and any associated applications or services operated at belijitu.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be bet before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Real Money Wager" — any bet placed using funds deposited by the User (excluding bonus credits unless explicitly stated otherwise).

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Belijitu reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any balance held within such an Account will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is intended primarily for users located in Malaysia. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in their jurisdiction of residence. Belijitu does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions, and we reserve the right to close Accounts and withhold balances where a User is found to have provided false location information.

3.3 Legal Capacity

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and you are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee or contractor of belijitu.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and contact number. Any misrepresentation of personal information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, a variation of your name, or a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are identified, belijitu reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Belijitu will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Belijitu operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. Users will be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of their Malaysian IC or passport (front and back) — prior to processing their first withdrawal, or at any point at our reasonable discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Belijitu accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and processing times are detailed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Deposit Currency

All deposits made via Malaysian payment methods are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Crypto deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Belijitu is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for e-wallet transactions. Minimum amounts for bank transfers and crypto deposits are stated in the cashier. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to the Account.

5.4 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account not registered to you — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating account where technically feasible.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied, and your Account must be in good standing with no active security review or compliance flag. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.

6.2 Processing Times

Belijitu targets the following processing windows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These timelines represent our operational targets and are not guaranteed in all circumstances. Processing may be delayed during system maintenance, peak periods, or additional compliance checks.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits are applied on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis depending on your account tier and verification status. Specific limits are stated in the cashier section. Belijitu reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly for accounts flagged for unusual activity.

6.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

Belijitu reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud or terms violation; (c) the source of funds is unclear or appears inconsistent with normal usage patterns; or (d) the withdrawal amount is associated with a bonus where wagering requirements have not been fully satisfied.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback rewards, and promotional credits offered on the Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds (where applicable). These individual promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before the resulting balance qualifies for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the promotion details. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer baccarat, certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Belijitu employs automated and manual monitoring to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; systematic exploitation of matched betting or arbitrage opportunities using bonus funds; coordinated play between multiple accounts to extract bonus value; and any form of collusion or chip dumping. Where bonus abuse is identified, belijitu reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold any winnings derived from it, and close the associated Account.

7.4 One Bonus Per Promotion

Unless explicitly stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per User, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

Belijitu reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the bet is placed after an event has commenced (late betting); the odds or game result was affected by a manifest error; or there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the bet.

8.2 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, wrong game configuration, or technical malfunction — belijitu reserves the right to void any bets placed under such erroneous conditions, regardless of the stated outcome. Users will be notified of any voided bets and the original stake will be returned to their Account Balance.

8.3 Sports Betting

Sports bets placed on events including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Settlements are based on official results from the relevant governing body. Belijitu's interpretation of applicable rules is final in cases of dispute.

8.4 Live Betting

Bets placed during live or in-play events are accepted subject to network latency. Belijitu cannot guarantee that all live bets will be accepted in real time and reserves the right to delay or void live bets where transmission or system issues affect the accuracy of odds at the time of placement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

1. Registering more than one Account, or assisting any third party to register a duplicate Account;
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
3. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud;
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
5. Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
6. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software to gain financial advantage;
7. Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-risk play intended to abuse bonus terms;
8. Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions processed through belijitu's payment systems;
9. Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access to any third party;
10. Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Malaysian or international law.

Any breach of the above prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus balances and associated winnings, and, where legally required, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by Belijitu

Belijitu reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its absolute discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; the Account is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; the User fails to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

10.2 Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion options are also available — see Section 12 for details.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. Belijitu will attempt to notify you via registered email prior to applying a monthly inactivity fee of MYR 50, or the remaining Account Balance if it is less than MYR 50. Balances will not be reduced below zero.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, belijitu and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of funds resulting from gambling activity; (c) temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform; (d) technical errors, data corruption, or network failures; or (e) actions of third-party payment providers.

Belijitu's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the 12 months preceding the claim, subject to applicable law.

12. Responsible Gambling

Belijitu is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered users, available at no charge and without delay upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary suspension (minimum 1 month) or permanent closure of your Account for responsible gambling reasons. Self-exclusions are irreversible for their duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net wagering activity.

13. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from belijitu.

14. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how belijitu collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data, and what rights you hold in relation to that data. 15. Amendments to These Terms

Belijitu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and noting the revision date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting belijitu's support team. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to formal proceedings. Belijitu's decision in matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under applicable Malaysian law.
